The hire car, Nissan Note, was delivered and collected from our villa exactly on time and was one of the best hire cars we have had in the 10 years we have been coming to Cyprus. We have used Pacific Rent A Car on all visits to North Cyprus since 2012, and they have never let us down. This includes bringing corrected documentation from Kyrenia to us in Yenierenkoy- we didn't even know it was wrongly completed! More importantly, their Rep has never been hard to find or absent from Ercan on arrival, and their returns procedure couldn't be simpler. Cars are ALWAYS what we asked for (or upgraded), so to sum up, "everything you want from a car rental company- and more!" **The service is very good ; the person who did welcome us at ercan airport was efficient and friendly ; the car was perfectly clean . no worries about possible incidents on the car, as the insurance is perfect(only tires are not covered) we look forward to come again, and rent with Pacific **I found the service very accomadating. I arrived early to pick up car and the car was ready. One thing it was unclear where to leave the car and keys at Ercan airport as there were no signs. Perhaps the rental company should inform the client about drop off procedures at airport. **The staff are very friendly and helpful, the car did everything that we wanted. It was delivered at the time requested and the transaction was quick and easy.The whole experience was very good and we would certainly use them again. **Car delivered approx on time to hotel. We had been upgraded to Ford Kuga from Jimny as they had a problem with the Jimny, without any extra charge. Fuel in as requested, called to confirm fuel type when adding more fuel, and received immediate support and correct response. Rep advised us we could drop key at reception on final morning to save us waiting for her to collect car, and this was very helpful so we could go out for the day early without needing to wait around. Easy, hassle free and good value.

Apologies for the call and request, when we left the main road the car said there was 80km left in the car and the light was not on. So we set off up the mountain then about a 1/4 of the way up the light came on. The trip computer showed there was still 60km in the tank. So we pulled over and worked out that we could visit the castle head back down to the station and still have fuel in the car based on the cars fuel reading. When we reached the top it showed that there was still about 40km in the tank. We visited the castle and then when started the car it showed there was no fuel on the trip computer. We really didn't want to risk damaging the car by trying to drive it to a station. So we thought it best to call. As i said we cant thank you and the member of your team who brought the fuel to us (please thank him for us).

To all the Pacific Team. Just a quick email to thank you for your assistance on our short holiday to North cyprus earlier this month. Your easy on-line booking system worked well, car hire prices were reasonable with a good quality vehicle. Met as arranged at the arrivals Ercan Airport and after a quick walk to the Ford Focus the paperwork was complete and we were on our way. Drop off procedures were just as simple back at the airport. What can I say about the most dedicated first class car hire company that I have been saying for the past 10 years. You must be doing everything right to satisfy customers. This was my first time using Pacific rentals and I was extremely pleased with the service. We were met at the airport when we landed and taken immediately to our rental. Was reasonably priced, efficient service and easy drop off. Would highly recommend and will be using again

Have just returned from a 12 day holiday in Northern Cyprus and used Pacific once again. They always provide a reliable, friendly service with competitive prices. Booking is easy and straightforward. I will definitely be using them again.

Not happy at all with their service because of the following reasons: - After I booked the car an additional €25 was charged for petrol. After I sent an email I got a reply that I just need to use the petrol and return the car empty. Obviously it is impossible to return a car empty, in my eyes this is just a way to make an additional €5-10 on each reservation. Just deliver the car full and charge people who do not return it full, it is not that difficult. - I had the car delivered to Ledra Palace at 1pm. At 1:15pm nobody was there so I had my hotel call the company. They replied that the driver had left a few minutes ago. When the guy arrived at 1:30pm he first stayed in the car for another minute or five to finish his phone call. When he finally got out he claimed that he was late because of traffic. - When I returned the car at the airport at 6am, nobody was at the office. at 6:30am a person finally showed up. The only reason why I am giving 2 stars is because the car was in good condition, but if you want a thrustworthy company I would avoid Pacific.

I always use Pacific Rentals, excellent service and great rates. The taxi drivers they use from Larnaca are great too.

Pacific is the only service I use when I come to North Cyprus. I even forgot to confirm my most recent booking and a car was with me within 10 minutes. Thank you for always providing such excellent and easy service.

This was my third time using Pacific. Everything is so professional that you do not need to worry or do anything. We hired a Focus which was clean & no crucial damages. Personal was very helpful & smiling all the time. I will definitely choose Pacific at all of my trips.

We used Pacific for a 10 day hire in April. The car was delivered to the hotel in Famagusta at the time promised and we dropped it off in Nicosia. Pacific were helpful and quick with replies to emails both before the rental began as well as during the hire when we wanted to confirm the drop off point for the car. We had no problems with the car and they have a fair fuel policy. Overall, an excellent service and inexpensive. We are happy to recommend Pacific.

Always have a good service with Pacific and dealing with Rosemarie in the office. The only disappointment is that we were charged £20 for petrol (as always) and there was less than a quarter of a tank in the car. With the current exchange rate it should have been at least between half and 3/4 of a tank. Our first port of call was to fill up our fuel

The car provided was very high mileage and somewhat battle-scarred but seemed well-maintained and drove well. Overall, it was good value and trouble-free for the price paid. Delivery to our hotel was on-time and hassle free; it was collected later the end of our hire period but this wasn't a problem as we were able to leave the keys with the hotel reception.

I have used Pacific car rental for many years, twice a year. I have never had an issue of any kind! Car is delivered to my house when requested in a very timely manner! Maybe not the newest fleet but always clean and good running order. Always recommend to any of my friends and their family’s!

Well where do I start ! We have used your company for years for transfers and hire car this year was a disaster from the beginning. The driver failed to make himself known to us at airport and we waited 30 minutes ran the office to discover he was waiting at another exit! Then the car sent for us was too small and the driver was very unhelpful and we had to wait until another car was sent for us!!!! We eventually arrived at our destination almost an hour later than planned . The next day the hire car was dropped off at our house and we signed the appropriate forms and paid by card unfortunately the payment was taken out of our bank account twice! I wonder if the office would have contacted us making us aware of this mistake? I contacted the office as soon as the mistake was made only to be told the accountant would have to look into it and let us know, after contacting the office numerous times I eventually got an email saying the money had been refunded 3 days later. Not once did we receive an apology for this complete incompetence. We have already booked your services again later in the year but we may have to look.to finding alternative services. Regards

Collected the car as arranged at Ercan Airport. It drove well for the 9 days we had it. The key box drop off is also really convenient for early flights. Wouldn't hesitate to book Pacific again.

We rented a 7 seater to collect from Ercan airport and we were met and greeted, taken to the car and the person who met us helped us with our suitcases and also showed us how to use the car and more. The car we used was a Ford Fiesta and colour was white all round, our journey from our North Cyprus Villa a stay to many parts of North and South Cyprus was very pleasant and well driven with many mountain climbs and very useful for narrow curved roads which was dealt with by Paul who did the driving. Recommendation is a well and truly organised company who are always there to help, also the delivery and collection to and from our stay was on time and well explained.

It's about the 8th time using Pacific and they are great. Always on time for airport runs both ways. Delivering and collecting the car is a breeze too. Good cars. Will be using Pacific again in August as a result. Top company! :) The office staff do a great job and are very helpful too. :)

Booked car for collection at Ercan airport but didn't realise driver would meet us at arrivals and while looking for a car rental desk/kiosk we somehow we never noticed driver standing with our name written on a board. When I checked the confirmation email there was an error in the pickup location which made me think car was not at Ercan so we got a taxi to hotel. Phoned Pacific next day and car was delivered within the hour with no quibble over us missing the driver and we were only charged from when we actually got car. Was a much nicer car than we expected for the money so we were very happy. Super convenient having car collected from our accommodation at end of rental. Perfect service except for confirmation email not being clear enough.

We have used this Company for many years, all of the staff down to the person who cleans the cars are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We have recently returned from Cyprus where we had an automatic Nissan Note which met all our expectations. My only wish is that you could hire cars that have not been used by smokers.

The service from Pacific cars was very good, emails answered quickly and car delivered on time, the car was not so good , Ford Focus with 133,000 Km on clock , air conditioning not working very well, engine fault light on dash, radio display not working and on a rainy day the wipers did not clear the windscreen at all, we had to stop the car and wait for rain to stop ! The car was simply not in a condition that you would expect for a rental Car ! Great Staff Very poor car !

The best in Northe Cyprus

After being let down by a different car hire company on arrival. I contacted Pacific and they dropped a brand new car off within 3 hours. On the 1st day we had been involved in a accident (not our fault) all 4 of us rushed to hospital and was met by Sacha who handled the whole situation from start to finish. They organised transfers back to the Police station and to our place, even organised a translator to meet at the police station. Cannot recommend this company enough and this is the only company that I will be using in the future. Cheapest isn’t always the best.

The car had many dents and scratches and I would have thought not a great advertisement for Pacific. That said it ran ok despite the fact that it constantly alerted a flat tyre which it didn't have. BTW the girls in the office are great.

Car hired and collected from remote station in Ledra Palace. We had a Ford Focus which was good. Smooth service from start to finish. Good fuel policy. They even have a what’s app service for quick answers to questions. Another car company let us down so we needed to keep the car for longer than planned and this was not an issue for Pacific who were great and extended our rental over what’s app. Would recommend and would use them again

Booked through booking.com, money was taken 24-hours before pick up. Easy office to locate in Girne. We had an AC issue a couple of days in, took the car back, had it checked & gas topped up all within less than 30 minutes, very helpful staff! Easy airport drop off too. I regularly rent a car from Pacific whilst on holiday. This year i had a car from 24th June to 14th July. As in every other year the booking was easy and quick and the confirmation clear and precise. Everything is clear, the insurance cover, the fuel arrangements, the options you might want to take up and the delivery and collection arrangements.The vehicles are sound and presented fully valeted. In previous years I have had the odd glitch with the car but one phone call and the problem was remedied right away with good grace. The company inspires trust and really does provide great customer service.

We were very happy with the car. The prices are quite convenient. Pick up was easy and staff was friendly. However, we were forced to pay an additional cost of 23€as we returned the car. We returned the car at Ercan Airport and were told that you just easily have to park the car there and leave the keys in a Box. Due to traffic we were Late 2 Hours. We were called on our war there and were informed That someone from the Agency will take the car personally at the Airport. Upon arrival we were then forced to pay an additional cost. There is no Information about such additional costs in advance. I rented the car for the day. They should have informed us before about this and find it not very Customer friendly and trustworthy.

Des weiteren als Empfehlung : dass das Büro mehr persönliche Kundenpflege für Stammkunden betreibt und für diese Kunden einen Vorteil anbietet (ähnlich wie ein Bonusprogramm) und die Flexibilität bei der Buchung und Bereitstellung des Mietwagens müsste ausgebaut werden. Sonst ist alles Top , macht weiter so.

Car was supposed to be delivered 0900 am but wasn’t delivered till 12-30 we lost best part of the day, car wasn’t very clean and the boot hadn’t been touched at all.The transfer from Larnaca and back went very smoothly.

We hired a car for 4 days during our holiday in North Cyprus. The car was delivered to our hotel at the correct time we booked and was picked up without any problems.. we would be happy to use Pacific again..

I rented a car for 5 days, for 20pounds/day they delivered fast at my hotel...they add 24pounds for gas that means aprox 23l of gas, theoretical...after 200km reservoir was empty....this means that there was less petrol or the consumption was more than 11L/100km...anyway I extended it by one more day and surprisingly the price changed to 26pounds...thanks to the friend from Africa, the only one with whom I managed to have a conversation in English and he was kind...the rest were a bit frowning

It was 2.00am in the morning and the gentleman on duty quickly did the paperwork and we were on our way Kayalar. We will be using Pacific next year!

Pacific Cars we’re fantastic. Even before our holiday, very professional and replying very promptly when arranging everything. We needed separate taxi transfers on different days from Larnaca airport, the hired car was delivered straight to our Airbnb, they then collected it from a hotel at the other side of the island on our last day and again another transfer to the airport. They were honestly really amazing. Thank you for making that side of our holiday very easy and smooth.

Excellent and customer focussed service by Pacific Cars from start to finish. Back office team of Pacific managed the appointments for transfer from Larnaca to Girne and car hire very well. Drivers were very friendly and professional. The comfortable car with automatic transmission we hired was as new as could be and had only a few thousand kilometres on the meter. The day before departure i requested pretty late minute to be picked up at our holiday home instead of car drop off at the Pacific office and that wasn't an issue at all for the Pacific team. I know where to go next time when we visit Cyprus!

Usually great service and reasonable prices. This time, however, my reservation was charged to my credit card in wrong currency (GBP instead of EUR.) It's been two weeks since I was promised a refund, and nothing's happened since. My query regarding the refund sent a week ago has not been answered at all. Please fix this soon.

The car was just what we needed, however the service was disappointing and not value for money in my opinion. Our car arrived almost an hour late to our hotel and we received no apology for being left waiting and having to chase them. I had to point out all the dents and scrapes in the chassis myself as they were not being marked down properly. Also I found the extra charges for petrol and drop off elsewhere too high as it is obviously unlikely we would risk bringing the car back completely empty. Half full to half full is reasonable and what other companies do. I would shop around other car hire companies in future as my experience wasn’t great with Pacific unfortunately.

It was relatively easy pick up and drop off. Definitely made my life less stressful. The car was okay everywhere with exception of the lights. I had to drive someone to the airport at night and it was a struggle. So check your lights when picking up the car. Other than that jt was good.

As always excellent. My family and I have used Pacific for a number of years. This year we needed 3 cars, and as a regular customer we were given a very good deal. The cars were delivered to our hotel in very good condition and served us well throughout our two weeks. Thank you, we look forward to dealing with you when we next return to Northern Cyprus

Apart from turning up a bit late at airport. Everything else was very good. Car was excellent and we had at least the £20 of fuel in the car. Returning the car was very easy. Just park in airport car park near Pacific rentals key box. Put keys in box and go to departure.

Stayed end of July to early August this year, took our grown up daughters and there families with us. First time using Pacific Rentals all seems to have gone smoothly we had the car delivered to our apartment and then picked up at the hotel. Rented a car with Pacific and everything went very well. Car was a Ford Fiesta with about 160000km but still in good general condition. Pick up at Ercan with meet&greet service and drop off directly in their office in Girne. We also booked a private transfer to Paphos and it worked well: driver was already waiting for us and we got to the airport absolutely on time to take our flight back to Europe. Recommended.

I hired a car for 9 days intending to get a taxi back the airport. The day we were due to hand back we asked if we could keep the car for one more day. Unfortunately the cat was booked but they found us another and we left it at the airport. Excellent

Had a great experience with the rental. A fellow was waiting at the airport door to meet us with the key, and it didn't take long till we were on the road. I made a mistake on the car I had ordered online, and thus couldn't go to the southern end of the island with the vehicle. I have rented several times a Ford Fiesta from Pacific - cars were used ones with visible damages, but did drive well. Never been disappointed. Easy pick up and drop off. Very good service and friendly staff. Anytime again!

I have used PCR on numerous occasions in the past, and had great service. However this time I have to say it was poor. When I book a time for delivery, I expect it in time or even 5/10 minutes late would be acceptable, however my car was 3 hours late that had a cost and Impact and was given unacceptable excuses. I was also them subject to complete forms when the car arrived, which coukd have been partially completed before arrival, this was another 30 minutes delay, again PCR are not accepting that the process could be more slick. The collection was also over 2 hours later than scheduled. It seems PCR cannot adhere to arrival and departure times. Which would be a concern if you requested a vehicle at the airport. Really poor and expect better.

Sacha in the Girne office was fantastic. She sorted out transfers and car hire with a professional and courteous approach, even when I had to make last minute changes. The car was basic, but that was our choice, and was sufficient for the time we spent in Tatlisu. The transfers were on time. The only criticism is that of the drivers who had to be asked to slow down. I appreciate a different country has it's own laws, but surely driving whilst on mobiles should be illegal anywhere in the World. This is something the Pacific team could communicate to their drivers. We would use Pacific again should we return to Cypress.

We got a car and it had dodgy breaks, if you are a Cypriot you know the drivers in Cyprus are crazy so you need good maneuvers but in any country you need good breaks so we sent the car back and someone delivered a new one. The Woman on the phone was rude and really didn’t like her job (you could tell from all the huffing and puffing) but nevertheless she arranged a new car delivery. The second car we had was delivered with an empty tank an we had only noticed after the delivery person left. Would have used another company if we knew one, it’s only getting 2 stars because we had had 2 different cars on our visit.

The car was delivered to our villa on time. It was clean and the paper work was completed quickly. We were told to leave the keys under the mat for collection so we didn't have to wait around. The car was fine for the two weeks we had it and the price very reasonable. I think we should have been told about the fuel arrangement before hand but this was no problem. I have been using Pacific for many years and can highly recommend! As Ercan is getting very busy, I would suggest setting up a specific meeting point where customers can head to when getting out of the airport. Even if it is at the drop off box.

The car was ok (I had rented a budget one, automatic), air conditioning working fine, no problem at all on that side. unfortunately, we had to wait for 45 minutes at ercan ai rport before the driver with the car showed up, inspite of our plane being 1 hour late. And only after 3 phone calls to have news. Given the time we had to wait, I suspect that the guy left home when I called in the first time. ..... not very professional

Very good experience. Was waiting for us in the early hours of the morning at Ercan airport. The car was nice enough. Paperwork took only a few minutes before we were on our way. Absolutely no problems. Visit Cyprus regularly and will be using this company every time now.

Car Hire process was easy. Pick up and drop off at Ercan Airport. Hired Ford Focus Automatic. Car had 116,000 miles on clock so was well used but it was safe and drove OK. Would use pacific again but would hope for a newer car next time.

Perfectly happy how the team managed my renting a car and taxi booking. Please consider to inform people booking through yourself of new 30 days no visa rule and give a link to official TRNC cite with explanation. This COVID time change in visiting North Cyprus rules was a huge surprise for us and disappointment of the cost of £700 at the border where we were informed that we could ask for 60 not 30 days when entering the country. No advice or comment from taxi driver was given. Please instruct bookers and drivers.

We were recommended the company Pacific and we were not disappointed, on the contrary. We booked 2x transfers from the airport and a rental car for 2 weeks with this company. The arrival was supposed to be Larnaca, but unfortunately we missed our outbound flight. We had to rebook for Ercan on the same day. When I called Pacific from the airport in Germany in Northern Cyprus, we were helped immediately and without complications. Within half an hour, the entire booking was changed and we were picked up from Ercan late in the evening and the next day the rental car was brought to our flat and also picked up from there. The condition of the car was very good and everything worked. The transfer to Larnaca on departure also ran smoothly. We thank you for the quick and uncomplicated help on arrival! Super company, friendly and fast service, top transfer and good cars. We will definitely use them again when we are back on the island and would be happy to recommend them !

Everything went smoothly. We booked delivery to the Ledra Palace Border Crossing, which worked perfectly. Return was also easy. Great communication prior to renting the car. However, the car was not in the best shape, e.g. tires, some warning lights were always on. Also felt too expensive for the state of the car and duration of rent.

The car was not there when we arrived at Ercan even though the flight Number was on the order . Our phones did not work but a Taxi driver helped us to make contact. We had to fill all the forms in again and show driving licence etc, even though I entered all the details on line. This all took about two hours which is the last thing you need after travelling all day. There was no road map in the car so finding our accomadation was difficult. The car was old and the gearbox was very rough which made my parner very nervous. The AC worked OK but I would not use this company again.

Ordered 7 seater, slight problem with availability on first day but they delivered a temporary car to our hotel and replaced with a 7 seater that evening - huge benefit was ability to collect car in Kyrenia and leave in Famagusta - comms with Amanda absolutely brilliant both before and during the rental - highly recommend and will 100% use again

Excellant sevice. Our flight was 9 hours late but the taxi to take us to Lapta had waited for us - we were very grateful. Also the taxi to take us back to Larnaca was spot on time. Fantastic service. The only downside was that the hire car was not collected on the last day so had to leave it. It was however no problem for us. This is the third time I have used Pacific and I still have no complaints!!

I have just returned from a holiday in Northern Cyprus, and as I have been doing for at least 15 years now I used Pacific Car Rentals to transport me from the airport and provide a hire car for my time there. This was the eighth time I have used Pacific for car hire and taxi transfers. As usual the punctuality and service were first class. Prices also very competitive.

Very efficient service, with car delivered to Ledra Palace Border Crossing. Very good value and no problems at all with the car. I did struggle to make phone contact with the office when trying to confirm exactly where the car would be, but otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

As always, helpful and attentive, thank you Ladies, when we had slight mech problem,, it was dealt with immediately, airport transfers, where waiting, and even double checked, due to the current delays, 5 Star, Excellent service, that's why we re book, and have been using for a number of years now.

Extremely friendly and efficient team. The original reservation I had made had to be changed at the last minute due to flight cancellation. Their emergency phone number responded out of hours, and I was able to change reservation details and place where to pick up the car. The details of the care hire contract and insurance options were all very clear and conditions for use of the car in South Cyprus were spelt out without ambiguity.

It's been my first experience with this company, but it hardly can be the last one. The only downside was that the driver delivering our car to Ercan airport was a bit late, but all possible misunderstanding were prevented by a phone despite quite early hour. Otherwise the service was excellent. I didn't order a new car as I regularly drove on rural roads, but the car's condition was really good despite its considerable mileage. (The similar cars I had hired from other companies before were just scrappers in comparison with this one.) The company's staff was very friendly whenever I contacted them. I'll certainly use this company again during my next visit

Had used this company before 10 years ago and had no complaints then . This time we chose them because they would deliver the car to where we were staying which was some way outside Kyrenia .It was arranged for 12 o'clock and they arrived precisely again when it was time to collect they were absolutely spot on. Car was clean and tidy and the representative we dealt with was polite and gave us all the information we required.

As a regular Pacific customer I can confirm that everything is always efficient with airport pick up and drop off; the cars are clean and well serviced, and customer service responsive and helpful over the phone. Recommended!

Pacific offers a very good way to explore Northern Cyprus. Fist we had a quick transfer from Larnaca to Girne. After easy formalities at the office of Pacific we could start our 5-days visit with a Ford Focus ending with a drop-off of our rental car in Nicosia. A good car for a very reasonable price. If we would visit this region a second time, we certainly would book our rental car again at this company!

3rd time booking with Pacific and not upset so far! Always clean cars, well maintained, quick paper work, no hassle booking. If really had to find something to say negative, once car was delivered late. But must admit I booked it late (in the last 18 hours before arrival). Good performance so far.

Most helpful company, this is the first time I have used Pacific rentacar (September / October 2022) and I booked online, my flight was delayed on landing at Ercan,but they delivered the car to my apartment in TRNC the following day. Will use them next time I am in the TRNC in 2023.

Hired three times so far a car with Pacific, no problems so far, cars were clean and well maintained. I'm always greeted at the airport, guided to the car, process filling the papers was always easy and smooth. Price was always reasonable, I would only prefer the gas option 'hire full, return full' instead of the 20 GBP prefilled gas. Can't find anything negative to report, will hire again from them.

Brilliant service been using this company for several years now . Clean vehicle on time for pickup from Ercan airport . On our return to Ercan we were helped transferred to Larnaca airport .. Would recommend them anytime . Also very quick response to any email queries.

They were there at airport to greet me even though I missed the first time as I missed my flight due to delays at airport. Pacific was doing everything they could to keep in touch the whole time. The paperwork was quick and the car was clean and ready to go. Nothing strange and the whole process was explained and went exactly as decribed by them. I would recommend using them.

I had to book an extra day only because I needed the car 2 hours longer. Bad service. And I have to pay for halve tank even if I do not use it all.

They are very inflexible. I needed the car a few hours longer the same day I had to pay an extra day. So I used the car 3,5 days and had to pay for 5 days. This is a no go. I have paid 4 full days and could not use it only because they have such a bad system that the time i can use the car is as fix as a wall. I hate that.

It was the second time booking with Pacific. Very friendly staff, I had a budget car, it was in good condition and clean. I recommend this company.

First time I’ve used Pacific and can honestly say they are efficient and helpful. They arranged our transfer from Larnaca to Girne by taxi, delivered the car promptly the next day and made returning it easy. The best thing was the price, very reasonable and it includes some petrol. We chose to not have a new model and had no problems with it. I like the fact you get an automatic by default and don’t have to pay extra for the pleasure. I would recommend this company with no reservations.

Excellent car hire this time I believe it was an Vauxhall corsa it was 1st class however the transfer from larnaca airport was dreadful the driver wanted to drop me off at a petrol station in Kyrenia the drive alone from larnaca was long enough considering I should of been going direct to tatlisu mistakes do happen but i consider myself as a regular and loyal customer

Ich habe jetzt zum dritten Mal bei Pacific Rentals ein Auto gemietet. Die Autos waren immer in einem guten Zustand und die Rückgabe am Flughafen Ercan war immer problemlos. Besonders gut finde ich, dass es für einen Aufpreis von 50£ möglich ist, mit dem Auto über die Grenze in den Süden zu fahren.

We hired a car for the entire 9 days of our holiday in Lapta, but also required return transfers from Larnaca Airport either side of this. The service we received for all of this was impeccable, and so straightforward to arrange too…,great communications from Pacific, with no problems at all regarding our airport transfers and hire car drop off/pick up at the hotel. They were a pleasure to deal with. Very reasonable rates too, we thought, compared to the competition, but we still got great value in return. We would have no hesitation in using Pacific again should we ever return to TRNC, and would heartily recommend them to anyone who’s still doing their research! Northern Cyprus is an absolute pleasure to explore by car (we covered over 1000km, and particularly relished visiting the 3 Crusader castles!), and Pacific facilitated this for us perfectly. Thank you so much.

I am writing this survey even though I have not actually hired the car yet. I booked the car with Pacific, specifically with Annette months in advance of our trip. Annette has been excellent, polite and helpful and she worked out the best deal for us compared to other car hire companies. We look forward to our car hire in September 2023.

I’ve used this company four times and will be using them again later this year. Never had any problems with airport pickups and drop offs and the cars have always been clean. The staff are great (especially considering how late some of our pickups are) with no language problems. If you go for the budget option, be aware that the car will reflect this, but they’ve always been sound mechanically.

I pick up cars from ercan airport and return there. Usually a 3 day trip once a month. The car delivery is timely as the staff greets at the arrivals, cars are clean and generally well maintained. If pedantic, I can find issues here and there, but realistically, good service and very pleased. Recommended company as of 2023.

I had rented a compact car from Girne/Kyrenia station for three days. Car was some years old but well maintained, clean, good running condition. Station is in a K-Pet gas station, easy to overlook. We got the car delivered by a very friendly driver to our hotel without additional charge, with ~55% gas @25€, an absolutely fair deal. Return nearly empty, fast and friendly. All in all, a very positive experience.

I have used Pacific twice a year for eighteen years and always received excellent service. In total about two years of hire. The two girls who deal with online bookings are 100% efficient and speak excellent English. Prices are competitive. I am always met promptly at the airport and car collection paperwork takes only five minutes. Leaving the car at the end of the trip is simple - just park and put the key in a box. I always use a simple Ford Fiesta and find them very well maintained. I have never had a breakdown. Once I had a puncture and a mechanic arrived in Lapta from Girne within 30 minutes to effect a change. There are many good things about North Cyprus - Pacific is one of them!

I was extremely happy with the service that Pacific provided. I had arranged to pick up from Ercan Airport North Cyprus and when me and my mum got there we had a representative meet us at Arrivals take us to the car and send us off. On the our return flight back to England we parked the car in a bay that we were asked to and dropped Key through a box and off we went. This company handle our booking beautifully and I won't be using anyone else in Northern Cyprus I have had many car hore disasters. Car arrived later than promised at my hotel but that lack of time was added onto the agreed return time . I should point out that the so called comprehensive insurance offered does not cover the interior of the car /car keys nor the undercarriage . The car I had was clean, well maintained and drove well without any problems.

Have been using this company for many years. Compatible price, Reliable pick up from Ercan airport . car was clean. Not convinced it had £20 worth of fuel on pick up but enough to get us to our destination.

We rented a car from them a few weeks ago in Cyprus, the car was in bad shape. There was hail damage every where which is fine but there were many mechanical issues. The alignment was off, AC barely cooled, it kept on making weird noises. It also had a few warnings cycling thru on the screen. I couldn’t tell what it was because it was in Greek. Honestly I am surprised they thought it was safe to rent that vehicle. The check in process was fine which I guess is one good thing.

Pacific car rentals, was recommended to us. They are very reliable every time. I have been using their services for years. The main reasons are. I trust them in pickups and drop off from Larnarca airports to be extremely reliable. They Speak prefect English. The transfers and the car rentals are at a competitive rate.

Rang customer service dept to add a few hours to hire to tie in with our collection time. More efficient and easier than any other hire company I've ever used.

We are frequently hiring cars abroad and this was honestly the worst car we’d ever had during 40 years of worldwide travel ! Although everyone was very pleasant the car we rented in Northern Cyprus was atrocious..wouldn’t come close to passing a Uk MOT ! The steering lock kept sticking on so we couldn’t turn the key to start it, when we did manage to the car wouldn’t let us select a gear, when it did select a gear it didn’t engage so we had to start all over again ... we could be in traffic or driving and the gears just stuck ..refused to change … This was a daily occurrence. The car hadn’t been cleaned and didn’t smell good inside and was filthy outside ..If we could have walked everywhere we would have done ! it was a real challenge of our patience to risk taking it out! We had booked for the afternoon of our arrival date and we’re told the car would be there for us …it wasn’t there when we got to the villa (with no food or water) .. after the villa owner kindly phoned the company and spoke Turkish to them we got somewhere… apparently they were planning to bring it the next morning until we explained we required food and water ! They brought it that evening…wish they hadn’t bothered at times ! Then we extended our stay at the villa for 3 hours til late afternoon on our departure day, they arrived at 10am to take the car as someone else had booked it despite knowing the faults with the car , this didn’t seem to matter as they were only interested in getting the money not our concerns about our, or others safety ! We were in the pool and saw the guy trying to get in the car ..fortunately we hadn’t left the keys in the car otherwise he’d have just taken it ..then we had to pay an extra day of insurance and days rental for the few hours left til our departure! We would definitely arrange our own car next time through another company never Pacific in Cyprus and not rely on Amy Villas to book it for us. Shocked !!! Really shocked , that they can rent such appalling cars for such a high price !!

I picked the car from the border- Ledra Palace, they were kind enough to drive it down. Handover was smooth, the car was in a clean condition and most importantly the air-conditioning was working perfectly to manage the July heat. Jamil was very professional and explained everything I needed. High recommended the service.

We had a drop off and pick up car hire service during our stay which was great. Car wasn't new but was reliable and a good run around. Taxi driver from Larnaca was very rude and became more impatient, driving very fast as the drive went on because he had another pick up to do and realised he wouldn't make it in time. Driver back to the airport was excellent.

Always use Pacific. Any problems always sorted without fuss. Pick up Ercan late night/early morning always there.

Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir, du coup réservation faite sur le site internet pour le lendemain matin 10h à l'hôtel,la voiture est livrée à l'heure avec du carburant, le contrat est clair comme dit sur le site, paiement en cash possible sans verser une avance à la réservation ! Aucun problème avec la voiture durant les 6 jours de location !! La restitution prévue à 10h du matin, j'ai laissé les clefs à la réception de l'hôtel en prévenant Pacific par WhatsApp il n'y a eu aucun soucis!! Merci encore pour le service !!

We have rented from Pacific fir the last 17 years and have never been let down! Staff respond promptly to all my emails and very helpful in terms of advice and guidance . When dealing with front of house the team are always courteous and go out of their way to be helpful. People that say the cars are not in good condition it depends what you choose, we always go economy as we only need for getting to the beach or supermarket. Very satisfied .

We’ve been using Pacific for years for a good reason. They are always reliable and responsive and never had an issue with their vehicles.

The car itself was fine, yes had dents scratches at pickup but these were all noted. I also took a video just in case. The service centre was excellent in picking up. Drop off was stressful. No-one at airport car park office, little box to place keys hardly visible and no sign posts for pacific. For first timers this needs to be made clearer. I will know for next time but we wasted 45 minutes driving round at the airport, asking people which could’ve been avoided.

Ive used Pacific several times over the last few years, never had a problem with the vehicles or pickup and drop off thats easy at Ercan airport, I can recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

My wife and I have been using Pacific for at least 15 years and they have never let us down. Very friendly, rapid response to enquiries and the taxi service they arrange to transport us from Larnaca to Kyrenia always turns up ( if occasionally a bit late). The only mechanical problem we ever had was a dead battery and they replaced that very quickly. Otherwise the cars have always been what we expected. Just remember the roads (and other drivers) in TRNC can be tough on cars.

The car presented at the airport was not in good condition and was quite old. The following day I got in touch with Pacific informing them that the engine was malfunctioning. They were quick to replace the car and I was happy with the outcome.

Hired 2 cars at a time for the last few years, always been satisfied. Cars ready and waiting for pickup at Ercan for arrival. Had a puncture in one car last month, drove to the office and they had it sorted within half an hour. Great service.

We picked up the car at Ledra crossing. Car was waiting there for us, simple paperwork to complete, very professional and courteous Pacific Car representative. Car was great, no issues at all, zero excess insurance was very good price. Left the car back at the same place, easy and fast. I have used many car hire companies, Pacific Car rental is easily one of the very best.

We rented a 7 seat Vauxhall in early July 2023. We had a very good experience with the service and the car. While the car wasn’t new, it is in good condition. The people at Pacific are nice, everything went smoothly and the price was very reasonable. I recommend Pacific.

We have used Pacific for 15 years and have always found them reliable, helpful and a good price. Our car broke down on our last visit but Pacific arrived with an ugrade replacement within 90 minutes of calling them, even though we were 45 minutes away from their office. Excellent service.

Rented a car for 8/9 days late June/ early July. Decent car. Focus saloon, decent price and although I had an argument with a telegraph pole there was no problem sorting out the damage and getting a replacement car. Can't fault the service or price paid. I would definitely recommend Pacific.

Generally, Pacific are good, staff are freindly but lately I have experience late deliverey of vehicles, this has happened to me on several occassions, especially when you have booked a delivery out of hours and have been charge extra only to wait 40 minutes for a 2:00 am booking.

Obwohl ich um 3 Uhr nachts am Flughafen Ercan ankam, wurde mir das Auto persönlich übergeben. Ein toller Service. Besonders gut finde ich, dass es fuer einen Aufpreis von 50 £ moeglich ist, mit dem Auto ueber die Grenze in den Sueden zu fahren. less

it was a very nice experience to have rented a car from PACIFIC for about a week in Northern Cyprus really, booking the car online was very smooth, Also the availability of the PACIFIC representative on time at the ERCAN airport was very appreciated despite the disruption recorded on my arrival schedule. Uses several hire companies in Cyprus but always had to return car for a car that was in good condition as always given a rubbish car. Used Pacific this year for the 1st time and was happy to get a good car from the start. Will be using them again and would recommend them to others.

This was the first time I used Pacific. We missed our connecting flight, but was able to inform Pacific via our Airbnb host. They were a little late arriving at Ercan airport car park and we panicked as no one was around to ask as they were seemingly not in their office past midnight, but considering we were 5 hours late it was not uneasonable. Car was cheap and economical. Pickup and return from airport was a doddle other wise.

We booked a car online which was very easy. It was a almost new car, pick up and at the end return it at the airport was very uncomplicated. If I need a rental car in North Cyprus I will go back to Pacific Rentals

Pacific was great, with someone waiting with a fine car at the ECN airport when we landed. I especially appreciated the ability to take the car across the border, and the excellent instructions for making that happen. Note: some border crossings are closed to some nationalities, so check if you can.

We found the Pacfic team very helpful, from booking, with taxi transfer, car delivery to our villa, return of car etc. We rented their smallest budget car, and it was very basic, so maybe next time we'd upgrade. But we couldn't fault the team, they are a very personable and professional company, would not hesitate to recommend.

Travelled from UK booked car and airport pick up through Pacific. Taxi both ways was there on time and they have the most competitive rates. Hire car was a Corsa latest shape drove well and was delivered and collected as agreed. Overall everything went well with them.

If flying into Larnaca they will have a driver waiting for you and it's just over the hour to the office in central Kyrenia. The paperwork doesn't take long and you're soon on your way. We have just returned from Cyprus, having used Pacific for the first time. We had a great experience - we had booked a transfer for six people from Larnaca to Kyrenia (and the return at the end of the holiday) and two Hyundai i10 cars for two weeks. This company offers one of the best prices in the area. Overall, I'm happy that I hired the car with them, but I would say communication could be better. Especially during pick-up, the agents didn't speak English very well and it was difficult to communicate with them.

This was the second time I used Pacific and for the second time revived a good car to the right spec. The service was exemplary. I normally judge a company buy how they deal with errors or complaints but everything went smoothly for the second consecutive year but I’m sure they would resolve problems efficiently if they were to arise.

Thank you for the Taxi Service from Larnaca Airport to our accommodation in Bellapais. We had a long wait at the border waiting to get into Northern Cyprus. Delivered at exactly 11am, although it says from 9 to 11am, you can never get it any earlier which is a shame as you spend the morning waiting around. Car was fine but no radio and all instructions in Chinese or Japanese. Otherwise all good.

Not the newest of cars. Wouldn’t normally expect to hire a car with 80,000km on the clock. However, staff were very polite and friendly and car adequate for our needs.

The car itself was excellent. Perfect condition with every gadget you could want. Very disappointed in the service. We had changed our location for the drop off at their office when we collected the car. They acknowledged this by sending me a whatssap with the location where to drop. I could use this as evidence to show that they knew about the change which they initially denied. They then insisted we pay an additional amount to drop us off at the airport insisting that they had discussed this with us which they had not. It was not a lot of money but I did not appreciate the dishonesty. They eventually said that there was a misunderstanding. The least they could have done was forfeit this fee. They also wanted a refunded deposit which was also not initially discussed. We had just rented a car in Cyprus without any of this so we were taken aback by this. They also asked for a second credit card but could not explain why they wanted one. I would think twice about using them again without checking all their hidden costs.

First time using Pacific and was very happy. Got an upgrade. Car was reliable and economic. Recommended to my daughter who also used them. Definitely will go with Pacific again next time.

Our flight to Istanbul connecting on to Ercan was seriously delayed resulting in us missing our connection and finally arriving into Ercan over 5 hours late. We'd phoned Pacific from Istanbul to advise them of our revised arrival details but on getting to Ercan, no one from Pacific were there to meet us. After waiting around at Ercan we then made another phone call to be advised that the rep was there with the car and he would find us. After another half hour wait, we made yet another phone call only to be told this time that he was on his way to the airport. The rep finally arrived, keys handed over and after a 90 minute wait, we were on our way in the dead of night. Car was fine and return drop off no problem but this was a disappointing start with additional costly phone calls. Efficiency in dealing with delays needs to be improved.

I have used Pacific three times now and have always had excellent service. The cars are clean and tidy and the checking is done very swiftly to get you on your way. I have just rebooked for November .

We have been using Pacific for 15 yrs and have always found the service 1st class, whether it was picking up the car from the Girne office or having it delivered to our apartment. Cars not always new or the latest model but always reliable, staff always friendly and helpful.

We rang to arrange a car rental. Amanda was very helpful and polite from start to finish. The car that we had delivered had a problem with the air conditioning. Amanda arranged for a replacement within a couple of hours. I would definitely hire from Pacific Car Rental. I also booked a airport hire back to Larnaca that came prompt and dropped us all off without any issues.

Excellent Customer service! We had issue with flight being delayed and not being to contact the rental company on time. They went out of their way to make arrangements to get replacement vehicles for our delayed arrival the next day. Vehicles were in good condition and follow up support was outstanding. We use Pacific every time we`re in Northern Cyprus. Pickup from Larnaca airport went smoothly. Car delivery on time, driving the car a light showed up indicating a tire pressure problem the tires needed pumping which we fixed. Although afterwards the light didn`t disappear. (The wind screen wiper liquid was empty and needed refilling.) At the end of our holiday we changed our hotel we called into Pacific offices to inform them the car drop off and airport transfer would be different to our original booking. We were assured this was no problem. Although I offered to write an email confirming the change was told it wasn`t necessary. Car drop off went smoothly. (at the new hotel) Airport transfer: It was 11 o`clock at night very nerve wrecking when the taxi transfer doesn`t arrive. Called Pacific no answer our hotel started trying to find another transfer. 20 mins later we tried Pacific again luckily someone picked up to tell us the driver was on his way. The driver had the wrong address and was waiting at our original hotel!

Used for our trip to northern Cyprus, very helpful as our inbound flight was delayed but able to collect from Ercan Airport much later than agreed. Car worked well and it was a very simple drop off in car park. Very good value with zero excess.

I have been renting cars long-term from Pacific Rentals for many years, and the cars are always clean and well-maintained. If I have ever had a problem, they dealt with it immediately. I think the ladies in the office and the men outside tending to the cars are efficient, kind, polite, helpful, and professional.

Only recent issue is return parking new ercan airport.departure level is one storey u with no lift or elevator for heavy baggage..I had 3 heavy pieces, difficult to manage .. That's all and I'm sure will be solved once infrastructure is completed.

Had yo wait a while at the airport - no representative/driver when we arrived. Car was generally ok. I was concerned that several warning lights were on when we took delivery of the car. I was told this did not matter and everything was ok. The only real problem I had was whilst driving around a roundabout in Girne the rear of the car lost traction, skidded across the road almost causing an accident. Luckily no one was hurt and no damage. When I went to a garage they checked the tyres and they had about 20-25psi too much pressure. They released the extra pressure and it was ok after that. The problem was the low tyre pressure light was on the dash constantly.

Via another site I booked a car in the morning for delivery at 13.00 at the same day. It should not have been possible but their software was not up to date. As they could not deliver they contacted Pacific and my car arrived at 12.30. Great service!

Hired a car for the first week of my holiday from another company then from Pacific for my second week. Camelia, who dtopped the car off at the MC Palace Hotel was lovely. The car took a little getting used to as a lot lower than the previous car and my car at home but after my first day, I loved it! Great price and such a good idea taking £20 and dropping off empty! I'll definitely be recommending Pacific to friends and be using them afain on my return!

Pacific was easy to contact before we arranged our booking. They brought down the car to our hotel in Lefkosa for an acceptable fee and we could drop off the car at the border. A trustworthy company.

I usually book a small car so when I was told I had a big Hyundai and automatic , I was well pleased. As usual a quick efficient service meant I was on my way in no time.

I've used Pacific on every visit to TRNC, always on time with easy pick up and drop off at Ercan airport. This time I had a Fiesta which had the tyre pressure warning light on, must be same vehicle as mentioned in other reviews, but didn't cause any issues. My only grumble is the lack of a working cigarette lighter socket so was unable to use the dashcam that I had bought with me. Even with these issues Pacific will be my choice on future visits.

Reliable car at a good price. It was delivered to the airport in the early hours. Couldn’t locate the delivery driver at the arrivals exit but the 24 hour phone contact resolved the issue. Good to know that the 24 hour contact does what it says on the tin. Will use again.

We were met at Ercan Airport and taken to our car, shown around it and the controls, and it had £20 of petrol in as requested. He told us were to leave the car when we left. Me & son rented first 3 days, then prolonged for 4 days then my son alone for 1 day more. That gave us no pro- lems. But when my son on the last day made a deal with Pacific leaving the key at Oscar Hotel reception for pick-up - they called him from our former hotel "The Olive Three". Not so chekked. But - then they called him an hour later, and said they had found a scratch on the car. They should have called immediately when they (finally) picked up the car at Oscar Hotel, so he could have gone to the reception to take the look on the "scrathch" of which there were quite a lot already registered on the contract at deli- very the very first day, as the car were not last year model. Cyprus car rental petrol deal is lousy, its more regular with a full tank at pick-up and the same on return.

This last time they gave me a virtually new Ford "Focus", - the same model as my present 9 year old car at home, but with today's automotive technology. A little strange at first, but a great improvement to make driving safer and easier. Michael Leaver. 19/12/23.

I was met at the airport exit around 9pm by the Pacific representative holding a card with my name, and shown to the car where the rudimentary details were explained. (I did struggle to figure out how to get the key back out of the ignition later on - maybe I missed the explanation about that! Once I realised it had to be pushed in before turning - one of those things you quickly learn to do without thinking - all was fine.) On my return to the airport, I struggled to find my way back into the multi-storey car park but I’ll know next time! The car was a Hyundai i10 (1.2 litre), smaller than I am used to (I drive a Volvo XC60), but it was surprisingly pleasant to drive in all situations and didn’t feel as small as I’d expected. With the rear seats folded down, there was plenty of room for my luggage (including golf clubs). Be warned, though, that the car had no satnav so come prepared with your own maps or navigation apps, and make sure you can access your apps offline if you haven’t arranged mobile phone usage by the time you leave the airport! The car performed very well in spite of a couple of orange warning lights that appeared just at the end of my visit, though these caused me no real problems. I had chosen to pay extra for increased insurance cover for my peace of mind, and I’m glad I did. At some point when the car was unattended, a careless driver must have misjudged distance and left a substantial mark in the front bumper paintwork. My thanks to the Pacific team for their kind attention throughout.

Renting from Pacific worked really well for us. We got the bus to Nicosia from Paphos, walked across the border and were met exactly on time by the friendly and helpful handover person. The car wasn’t the newest, but as a Hyundai it was in very good shape and carried us right around the beautiful north of Cyprus. The value was super. We were also able to extend the hire by email when our plans changed. All our queries were responded to quickly and well. There was also none of ‘high charges for invisible scratches’ on the car when returned, something which unfortunately some other unscrupulous car companies seem to specialise in! We where told the car was new. In fact more than 7 years. More than 95000 km and we have been in trouble with. Impossible to moove the gear level on an automatic car.. Car must be replaced. However they gave us an other car 4 hours later. We rented a big 4 wheel car and received in replacement a normal car. No commercial gesture which should have been normal since we lost this part of our travel. Sole good point : (but normal) we got an other car.

I have used this company for 18 years always a good service cars delivered and collected on time and same with taxi service. The car we had this time was not up to rental standard. It was an older car not clean and the driver seat belt didn’t work! It was the basic model we chose but it should still be to standard.

A better car this time, as some models were tired previously. Office admin support great and overall happy to recommend. Have used for many years now.

Rented a car for 9 days last minute as we had to fly to Cyprus for family emergency. Did it all online and was met my staff at the airport who greeted us and showed us the car. Brilliant and easy service and would highly recommend. If i was to be picky i would suggest that the interior is cleaned a little bit better with maybe an air freshener, but overall very happy customer.

Well, the lady who took my order was very friendly. Sadly the car I had got some damages but the lady said that the company was covering some of it so all I had to pay was 6.000TL which was bcz they had to repair it fast for next delivery. I'm very satisfied with the service and so on so yes if I'm going to rent a car again I will go here.

I am from Canada, and I rented a car from Pacific Car Rental twice within a two-week period. During the second rental, they provided me with a broken car that had transmission issues. As soon as the car reached 60 km, the RPM spiked to 7000, behaving strangely. I had to turn off and restart the car multiple times on the highway, more than 10 times. Additionally, the steering was pulling towards the right, there was a noise from the ball joint, tire sensors were on, the passenger-side wiper didn't work, and the car was extremely dirty when it was handed over to me. We paid 90 pounds for this car, and it was not worth it at all. While their cars may be more affordable, they are not well-maintained. I had a bad experience, so I advise everyone to be cautious. I informed the delivery guy about all these issues, and he simply apologized without offering any compensation.

It was very easy to rent and return the vehicle. I had no problems. I got support over the phone when necessary and they were very helpful. I definitely recommend it.

It's pretty expensive rental company, but they are the only one who allows drop-off near border with Southern Cyprus. Or maybe I just have found anything else. I don't like their "fuel prepaid" policy, and the car was pretty different from the picture on the website. So, it was fine, but I think I won't use their service next time

I only use Pacific rental when visiting North Cyprus due to ease and being on time. Have been doing so for years. This time service just as good, but quality of car poor. Car created impression of not being maintained and the feeling of being unsafe and unreliable. Hopefully this was a just a once off issue as I would still like to use Pacific Rental.

I hired through their website. It was quite smooth. They met me at the airport. The car was clean and in a good condition. It smelled smoke though. Drop off experience was also smooth. I just left the car at the airport parking and dropped the key to a box. One suggestion though. Please advise customers to pay attention to the speed limits strictly. When there is a sign of radar, it means there is a radar. I was trying to get used to the car and the traffic flow, and I missed the first radar sign after the airport which flashed on me. If I had known I would have been more careful.

What can I say, hassle free, decent price and they made receiving and giving back the car as simple as it could possibly be. I'd definitely recommend them again.

After waiting at the airport 30 minutes for someone to contact me for the rental, I called their office and someone eventually came over and showed me the way tot heir cubicle in the car park. The car was a basic car which was reasonable however there were deficiencies with the car that should have been taken care of however in general it was Ok. On returning the car I had difficulty in find the parking area for Pacific at 03.00 am so I parked it outside of the departure lounge, note this is the new airport.

Der Fahrer war nicht wie vereinart am Flughafen. Musste ein taxi nehmen. 50€ Auto wurde mir am nächtten tag um 18.00 Uhr zum Hotel gebracht. Herr , meinte vielleicht hat der Fahrer im auto gechlafen. Nie mehr wieder!

The car was delivered on time to the agreed location on the north side of Cyprus not from the Pacific office, the car was clean and ready to go. The paperwork was completed quickly and I was on my way. I delivered the car back to the advised drop off location near the border on the north side of Cyprus. Simple and worked.

Always use pacific as they deliver their cars on time and also pick up from location with no hassle at all, we recommend pacific to our friends and family and will continue to book for our future visits. Only reason it is not 5 stars is you don’t have the option to refuse pre paid petrol option as it’s charged at £20.00 for this. But it then does come with approximately half tank which can be returned empty. I’d assume £20.00 worth of fuel would be closer to 3/4 full with cost of petrol in TRNC. But it’s only a minor complaint as the cars are great and so far been very reliable, Also service from pacific is excellent and very accommodating in last minute changes due to flight cancellations outside our control.

Have been sorting out every thing from Germany prior to our journey. Great customer service. Quite quick response and great reachability via WhatsApp call. Car was as expected. Pickup and return at Ercan airport was very convenient. We‘d book again if needed. Thanks guys.

Our car Ford Focus had been driven for more than 140,000 km and I noticed that. The steering wheel hit the hands, the tire pressure warning light came on after 10 km of driving. The transmission (automatic) function was not good. We went to the gas station to add air and we did it every day. The price/quality was not good. We had the car for 4 days. Otherwise, everything worked as agreed.

Diese Autovermietung ist sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Es wurde sogar ein Taxitransfer angeboten, der uns vom Flughafen Larnaca abholte, über die Grenze zum Büro brachte und dort konnten wir unser Auto in Empfang nehmen. Das Auto war für die dortigen Verhältnisse absolut ok. Auch der Rücktransfer zum Flughafen Larnaca hat pünktlich und reibungslos geklappt. Ich kann die Firma daher ausnahmslos empfehlen. Gut wäre, wenn die ein Büro in Nikosia (auf der Nordzypriotischen Seite hätten, dann bräuchte man von Larnaka aus nicht so weit fahren:-)

First time with Pacific. All sorted out online. Used them as they allowed you to take the hire car into South Cyprus - not all hire companies do. Car arrived on time and with all the paperwork to take it into South Cyprus. No problems with the car. Buy fuel in the North as it is a lot cheaper. To be recommended.

I used Pacific for a one-day rental in April 2024 and it could not have been better. The lady at the desk was extremely pleasant and helpful and processed the paperwork in about five minutes. Returning the car was even quicker and easier. First class operation.
